The Nike Air Max Zephyr is the most recent addition to Nike’s Air Max family and numerous sneakerheads with a keen eye have already hailed it as a pair with solid design language! the most recent variation of the Zephyr is inspired by 1999s Air Tuned Max, the pair that Skepta modelled his famed 2017 Air Max 97 collaboration on.

Iridescent detailing across the toe box comes in a metallic-bronze colour for an unmistakable reference, while other touches such as Tuned Air branding at the tongue and heel once again point to the Air Tuned Max.

The uppers boast a sleek and streamlined design, with leathers, technical mesh and synthetics forming a panelled look. Nike’s Swoosh logo is featured in red on the lateral side, while black, silver, bronze and lime-green hits come together for an easy-on-the-eye colorway.

This is all placed neatly on top of a full-length Nike Air Max midsole similar to that seen on the Air Max 720, although a little slimmer. As modern-day Air Max models go, we can conveniently say that this is one of the hottest designs we’ve seen in a while!
